Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: earrings (for hygiene reasons), personalized/custom items, items marked as "Final Sale", and gift cards.
How to Return
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at returns@trendnexa.com with your order number. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.
